Overall great experience. Brought my Gucci watch in there today for repair (was told by watch dealer at Oak Brook mall it was not the battery). Pleasantly surprised that all it needed was a battery. Also provided great support in replacing the band. Highly recommend!

Fantastic people and services. Was in a pinch when my pin in my favorite watch band broke. 5 mins fixed on the spot. They also do batteries alot cheaper than I was paying for before.Highly recommend this great place.

I've always wanted to have my mother's clock repaired. I gave it to her when I was around seventeen. She passed away in 2012.I finally found this shop.The owner did warn me that the repair cost would exceed the clock's actual value, but I didn't expect $600.I appreciate the owner/managers honesty and his thorough explanations, but couldn't do it.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at the Chicago Clock Company. December 16, 2023, I was picking up my clock and noticed the watches inside the counter case. I spoke with Jay, the salesman, about buying a watch for my son as a Xmas gift. I explained that I wasn’t sure if he had one already, as he’s 30 and lives independently from me. Jay sold me the watch knowing full well that it would be a Xmas gift and possibly returned! Well, my son did not need a watch so I went to return the unopened box only to find out that their return policy is: You can only return the item for a refund within 3 days of purchase!! How would that be possible when I bought it on the 16th and Xmas is the 25th? Jay never told me that policy!! As I attempted to dispute that policy, Jay pointed to a little sign on the back shelf which you can only see if he steps out of the way! Jay said, “ It’s on the receipt too!” I could only get a store credit or exchange! That is a poor policy and will stop new customers, like me, from ever coming back!
